Make pergola on back of my house

I have an existing pergola measuring roughly 14m by 4m that I want removed. All wood, gutters and roof sheets to be removed. There is also a structure down the side of house 20m long and only 1 metre or so wide to be removed.

Steep asphalt driveway with rock car park coming off theasphalt. The rocks slip and car tyres don’t grip therefore I want to extend the asphalt over there car park by about 2 m.

I need someone to do weeding, prune down the bushes on one side of the driveway and cut branches of the neighbour tree that is hanging over the fence (See photo)

Remove old shade mesh and fibreglass, and reroof with tinted fibreglass sheetings 3.2 x 7.2. Will be pay extra for all the materials

Replacement of existing pergola post with new post and paint (grey/white accents). During recent gutter clearance, I was informed that the likely reason for the failure of the existing post was due to the gutter pooling water directly above the post, so a slight rectification to the gutter pitch to direct water to the downpipe is also required (see pictures). Prefer a flush fitting to wooden deck without the metal bracket if possible. My usual guy that I use is unwell at the moment, thus looking for a skilled labourer to pull down and pack neatly into onsite rubbish trailer. It's just a simple standard lightweight post and beam pergola. It's timber with laserlite sheets. Approx 12mt long x 2mt wide. Access is very good, open and clear. Demo a bathroom including removal of shower, toilet, vanity, floor and wall tiles, other hanging accessories. Pull up and remove carpet and skirting boards. It’s 2 bed 78sqm. Also removal of all debris off site.

Hi, Need someone to repair or potentially replace damaged frame for exterior driveway gate. Existing damaged frame can possibly be bent back into shape and fixed to concrete using bolts. If this is possible. If this is not possible then replacement frame to be built using galvanised steel posts or similar for existing gates. 2x Gates to be re-hung after this is completed. Gates are quite heavy and tall, 1.8m and I am happy to assist in moving them before the other work takes place.

Updated details of job: there is a permit for removal in place. I have added new photos. Will also need time to discuss skip placement and access. Demolition of shed and removal of all waste. Job includes: - pull down wooden shed and remove. Shed is wooden on concrete slab, and materials include some glass and tiling and old sinks / toilet. - cap water pipe plumbed into shed - remove all concrete slab and surrounding bricks - remove grass patch adjacent - approx 3 x 3 m - will require skip hire for volume of waste We don’t believe there is any asbestos sheeting - but can be confirmed/discussed prior.
