Hey, I'm looking to get a quote for building a 3/4 patio/deck. I'm looking for a builder or carpenter who wants to make some extra money after or before Christmas. I'll provide all the materials, you just need to give me a list of what I need. I'll also pay a flat rate, I can't afford an hourly rate. For the roof, I want a pergola with a white, clear roof. It doesn't have to be a solid roof. I've attached some photos for reference. Let me know if you're interested! Note: $400 per day ( flat rate) cash or bank transfer initial price, but you are welcome to provide advice, a quote, and a material list. Then, I will release the money when the work is fine done.

Slab laid and painted today - see pics. Prob don’t want to build on for 7 days. Shed is delivered and ready - Stratco Stubby 3.16x3.16m with roller door. Instructions available online. Other than shed build, there is water tank next to that needs ‘connecting’ to shed - be good to get all done but if only want to assemble shed that’s ok too.

I need someone to assemble a garden shed on an existing concrete slab in my backyard. The shed is small and comes with all necessary parts and instructions.

Have a few places where the concrete has fallen away 2 sections around 150x400, as pictured. Needs to be removed rods drilled in and new concrete to fix properly. There is another that will require wet saw I believe as it cracked due to being no gap between carport and driveway, so I should think will need to be cut out or cut a gap then fill in the crack. Going to paint after or stencil maybe can be quoted at later date.
