Find an experienced builder in West Footscray

Hi, I found a pergola on marketplace which is the exact size I need. Wanting to know how much it would cost to dismantle, transport from Altona meadows to West Footscray and rebuild into a freestanding pergola? Will need two extra bits of timber to hold up the other side. It’s 10m x 3m and 2.4 m high.

Install driveway gate along side of house. I have the hinges and screws that were used from where the gate was previously installed. Driveway width is approx 2150 W. Gates are approx 1984 W. I suspect you would need to install some sort of post or fixture for the gates to hang from. See images for reference. The bricks along the right fence base will be removed. I need a builder who can build a deck or concrete the flooring so vinyl flooring planks can be installed. I'll need someone experienced in installing a steel/aluminum pergola frame and polycarbonate clear roof. The roof will have plaster for lights to be installed. I will need one side of the pergola plastered for a TV and fireplace. I will be using a PVC clear ziptrack blinds for the other sides. I have bought an Easyshed - 3m x 0.78m Narrow Slider Shed. I have also laid down concrete slabs along the side of our house to put the shed on top of (see photo). I don’t have time to assemble. Looking for quotes to fully assemble and anchor to the concrete slabs. - Due date: Flexible

I need someone to remove an old fashioned ‘strip’ style concrete driveway and dispose of the concrete. There is good access to the driveway for small machinery(drive is 2.4m wide). Price to include removal and disposal of concrete. You will need to cut around two small drains and 10 paling fence posts (which will remain in place). Shown in pics. Dimensions are two sections each 19.5m x 0.74m plus one section 2.4m x 2.9m. Keen to complete asap as we are having a new side fence installed shortly which will limit access.
