As the liability is on the owner.” Thus, this leaking is likely due to the newly installed colourbond sheet so would need to be investigated and fixed by the person whom installed it as there may be a lack of guttering for water to flow down. So, pretty much the sheets of the pergola would need to be lifted up from the gutter side, so that the water flows in the opposite directions, I was reading on Google about installing shims, but that would be your call on how to proceed with that. Would really appreciate a quote on how much will it cost, and what would be the best way to proceed with that.

Pergola’s roof sheets need to be replaced May be some supporting wood also need replacement. - good if some one have a look first - no idea about budget, so just posting an amount

Sheet of pergola has split. Maybe need to replace the sheet or happy for it to be held together to stop banging. We can go and buy replacement sheet if required. Please advise if this is included in your offer
