Cut access panels in the ceiling of wardrobes to access ducted aircon units.

We require a qualified tradesman (with electrical knowledge as this is being drilled into a shared wall and there may be wires behind the wall) to install some shelving into our office walls for a display unit. Shelving is from Ikea there are 8x shelves each 115cm in length (see attached) we will show the design layout but they will be horizontally installed. We don't have the appropriate screws so these will need to be provided as not sure what we need. Happy for you to come inspect first prior to agreeing to check wall composition and discuss. Better to see in person what we are looking for. Only 8 shelves so not a major job at all. Thank you. Looking to purchase an apartment with a space that was originally built as balcony that did not eventuate. I'd like to know if this area can be seamlessly incorporated to be internal space. Pics attached are part of video, so not super clear, but all I have.

Hi Guys, Looking for someone experienced to make 2 sets of Guinea pig cages. NOTE: Happy for it to be made remotely but would like it delivered to property in Southen Highlands (Colo Vale NSW 2575) Looking to get two SETs of cages made. Something very similar to attached picture but each with two cages stacked like in the picture but for each to have two sets of cages rather than 3 but also with legs to match. And the second set of two hutches to be mirror image of the other. Each cage to have dimensions of 1200 mm total length and of this 300mm for the closed off section on the side with entry way for guinea pigs to sleep/hide in. Height 500 mm for each of the two cages. So total of 1000 mm for the two cages in total with additional 250 mm for legs Width of 500 mm The doors need to be such that the frame to which it fits into has a "lip" above the floor so that wood shavings etc doesn't fall out when opening the door and animals move around but also such that it's easy to clean out. Use mesh with 10 mm hole and for it to occupy most of the front of the open section so that plenty of light can get in and the water bottle can be hung on it somewhere. Good quality ply wood to keep it all light weight but very study and the flooring to be made "water proof" or painted with such paint so that the guinea pig urine and water doesn't damage it. Need it to have good final finish as it will be kept indoors. Hope all that makes sense. Can discuss details further once job is confirmed. Only experienced carpenter please. Thank you.

Existing custom built shelves need to be modified

I need someone to assemble a bookshelf and a kabooble cabinets with bench and sink . Under the sink will have a portable water system that needs to be installed as well. Instructions for the water system will be provided .

Sand hardwood flooring to achieve natural light satin finish. 5m x 5.3m main space plus 1m x 4m hallway. Complete refinishing, including staining and sealing. Small repairs required to some floorboards only. Floor is currently stained and varnished. Materials need to be supplied. Accessible 1st floor apartment in Alexandria. Job for early 2025. Wanting to get cupboards/doors installed on some open shelving we have in the kitchen at our business. There are 7 panels requiring doors in total, as pictured. We want laminate or melamine in polar white that matches the other cabinetry in our kitchen opposite these open shelves. We do not have panels yet, so this task would involve providing the panels/doors, as well as installing them. The entire shelving unit is 4500mm wide by 2200mm tall, and each panel/hole is around 630mm wide. The whole unit sits on a platform around 200mm high, but the doors do not need to touch the floor. We're in Alexandria, between the hours of 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday, so this is the timeframe we are regularly available for both measuring and installation. Any questions please reach out.

I had a 6 draw cupboard put together but the draws don’t sit properly on the rails needs adjusting

I require experience person with tools to install one extra posts under existing balcony. No propping required as the existing beam is place. The job includes: 1) Install anchor on the concreate floor with dyna bolt 2) cut posts for joining to beam 3) install posts vertically and bolt it to anchor 4) joint posts to beam with nut and boat I will supply the anchor, post, dyna bolts, nuts and bolts for the job. Alternative you can supply and I can reimburse after receipt. Attached are some photos showing the site and material and constructions.
