They are 1200x200x50 boards that have been used as targets for axe throwing. They are pretty damaged so you couldn't build with it. This is $200 total. Not extra for tip fees. I'm looking for a carpenter/handyman to help us fix/sand/match varnish on our interior staircase. For context, we have a 30yo wooden staircase across 3 levels in our Inner West terrace house. The previous owners decided to stick plywood and tin tiles across all the balustrades. We've hired a glass company to remove all of it and replace it with custom glass panels. However, between the balustrade removal and installation of glass, we need a carpenter to come fix the strings so the top of the strings (where the glue was) gets fixed, sanded, and varnished (the varnish should match the rest of the stairs). If you have the skills, we're also looking for someone to remove some skirting boards and replaster a small area. Our timeline is 1st or 2nd week of March. Build a custom BBQ enclosure to suit a Charcoal Weber BBQ, including some doors and shelves on the unit, which will fit neatly on an apartment balcony. This will require a visit to the apartment to measure up and design.

We have 3 x 22mm thick plywood desk tops that measure 1000 deep x 2200 wide. We need these cut down to 800 deep x 1500 wide. The desk legs can then be shortened and the table tops reattached to the tops. - Due date: Flexible

Looking for someone to make a giant Christmas Gift box for a campaign set. We need a 1.5 x 1.5 x 1.5m cube with one open side, and one removable side (5 sides in total) for someone to stand inside that can be turned onto the side. Ideally would be painted but not necessary. This will need to be assembled on set. There will be no weight applied to the box but would prefer for the wood thickness to be as thick as possible (2cm+ ideal) Happy to explore other materials as long as it can withstand the weight of people standing inside. We can arrange pickup if this is not possible. Happy with whatever material works best as we will likely get the outside wrapped in vinyl adhesive but would like the inside to be painted if possible and have a smooth look finish.
