Need assembly of 2x IKEA PAX wardrobes with hinged doors - exterior only, no need for assembly of drawers etc. Needs to be secured to rendered concrete walls and made to look like a built-in wardrobe - e.g. conceal gap against the wall / skirting and up to the false ceiling / cornices. Ceiling is approx. 250cm in height. Wardrobes will be placed on laminate flooring. Configuration of wardrobes in first bedroom is 3x 50cm, and second bedroom is 4x 50cm (as per images). Both are 236cm tall.

I'll purchase & assemble this Absco shed myself but will then need help to anchor it to our existing concrete path as shown in the attached photo. Note the existing gas & water pipes will need to stay where they are. One solution might be to add some timber spacers, attached to the brick wall? Note: I've just ordered it today 03 Sept. Dryer extends approx 35mm past front of existing bench, weighs approx 50kg. Looking for someone who can build a frame to support this. Dryer is 545mm deep at the base, with 90mm heat pump vent extending from the rear of the unit, bench is 610mm flush with wall.

Build and install a timber air condition cover for the external unit on my balcony. Dimensions are (WxHxD) 1000x1000x500mm. The timber should have some outdoor coating and be painted in a rusty-red colour to somewhat blend in with the red bricks and pipe cover as seen on the photo. The top should have some space to place a small plant pot. It should resemble something like the second photo attached (except for colour) Ideally, please come past (Ashfield) and take your own measurements to ensure the cover fits well around pipe covers on the right. The weather angles is glued on to the balcony tiles. You will need some knife or scrapper to remove the angle without leaving any glue residue if you can. Two angle need to be removed before 10am. Please take the angles with you it can be reused for something if needed.

I'm looking for someone who can adjust my kitchen cabinets in order to fit in a single drawer Fisher and Paykel dishwasher. I was thinking of doing this by having someone pull out the inner carcass of the stack of drawers next to my sink as the dishwasher is too wide to put within the inner carcass (see pictures). I still need the stack of drawers for cutlery etc, so I want this inner carcass to be swapped with the one that currently housed my microwave; so the carcass of the microwave area will have to be pulled out in order to accommodate this. I have added images showing my sink area and the microwave area, the type of dishwasher I have purchased and also what the final dishwasher set up will hopefully look like with a single drawer such as the one currently under the microwave underneath the dishwasher. I have already taken off the kickboards. There is nowhere else that can possibly fit the dishwasher as there is not enough space under the sink and every other cabinet is too far from water supply.

Need a laminate kitchen bench top cut to size and installed. Benchtop is in a U-Shape so would need 2 mason mitres to joint the bench top together. No need to cut out sink or cooktop holes. Only to install the bench top. The bolts for underneath will be supplied

My grandmother has asked for a lockable hinged door (preferably padlocked) to be installed on a cubby hole (48cmx35cm) in her built-in wardrobe. This is obviously a custom job. It doesn’t need to be fancy - just practical and secure.
