I have 2x bedroom with ceiling fan and light combo. Ive included a pic of one of the bedrooms of what the fixture looks like. I would like both ceiling fans to be decommissioned and disposed of. Fitted in place is a generic oyster light using standard E27 bulbs in its place. Then basic Light switch in each room to be tested to control these new lights now without the ceiling fan and just the light fixture.

We hired a sealer to come patch holes from recent electric and plumbing work. We did this so that we could repaint and with a fresh wall as we are installing new kitchen. I am pretty sure the work the tiler/sealer did is very poor and not up to scratch. (See photos) Unfortunately we are only adding a new kitchen because we discovered hidden water damage after purchasing our first apartment. The cabinets get put in Monday so we would need help tomorrow. I am 3 weeks from delivering my first baby so it’s all quite stressful. Please let me know the amount of work it would require to smooth this out. We feel a bit cheated as he said the work would smooth out everything and we could paint it all white for a blank canvas for our kitchen install and it’s left a huge mess for us to clean and figure out.

I have two pairs of blinds from Spotlight which I need mounted into my walls. I have ordered them as cut-to-size service. The sizes are 100cm x 135cm (bedroom window) and 65cm x 90cm (bathroom window). I will also need you to take off the cheap thin blinds off the bedroom window first.

Need someone with experience install ceiling extraction fan , no ducting required. The property is a single storey house , it’s located in the walkway. The extraction fan is purchased from Bunnings, it’s plug and play so no wiring work required. Need to cut an appropriate opening on the plasterboard ceiling where the recessed downlight is, install the ceiling fan using the screws and bracket provided. - Due date: Flexible
