Remove water stain from linen couch. Stain was caused by using tap water to remove baby poo only this morning so stain hopefully hasn’t completely set in

Replace wooden floorboards with Ekodeck, balustrade with wood and posts (6) supporting the verandah. Paint balustrade and posts with 3 coats of external paint. Refuse to be taken away and dumped at tip by the builder firm or person undertaking the work. Scaffolding may be required and to be included in the cost quoted. Temporary storing of rubbish to be included on the cost quoted if required. Need a proper builder with a licence number to be verified.Will require a NSW Fair Trading Contract to be signed before starting. Require fair trading warranty.

The door has fallen off our built in wardrobe and the handyman threw it away. I now need to replace the door to match the other two exactly. Note that I only need to match the shape and design, not the colour, as the wardrobe is hand painted not sprayed with 2-pack paint. I also have the original doorknob. The wrong freezer was installed in my kitchen - it is a fisher and paykel integrated freezer 60cm. I need the current freezer uninstalled, then the new freezer will arrive and I'll need the new one reinstalled. It is a bit complex in that there is a custom door screwed onto it (to match the kitchen) which will need to be removed from the old and put back on the new. Added complexity in that it is attached to an integrated fridge... so I'm not sure how this works.
