However, I would like a more portable platform to be built - light enough for one person to move without strain, and able to folded up or separated into smaller pieces. We'd like to build an outdoor bench for an inbuilt BBQ, with cabinet underneath to house the BBQ bottles and a bar fridge. Ideally a brick frame, tiled top and wooden doors. Will also need to run an electrical connection for the fridge. We'll supply the BBQ and Fridge. Dimensions and design inspiration attached.

Supply and install underfloor insulation with Earthwool R2.5 Insulation FloorShield Underfloor Batt or similar for ~53m2 ground floor apartment. There are two approx 600x600 floor access points and subfloor space is around 800mm-1000mm high. It's tight but other trades have worked down there previously.

I’m looking for someone to assemble a small garden shed (colourbond Easy Shed 1.5 x 0.7m). A small base needs to be built to attach the shed to as we cannot attach it to the pavers in our complex. We will pay materials cost on top of quote.

I have one corner of the roof in one of our bedrooms that has a water stain. The underlying issue has been resolved (i.e. roof repaired) and now I need to paint the section of the roof where the stain is. I am happy for this to be a rough 'patch job' (rather than painting the entire roof of the room) as I need this done ASAP. Photo attached. I will try to match and purchase the paint myself in advance. The area is probably 1 square meters in size. There is also a small 'rip' of paint in this same section.
