Fixing off timber straight to concrete slab straighten hardwood. Install brackets to rendered wall. Materials provided paying for labour will come to site and run through what needs to be done. I can also help if needed I am a carpenter but don’t have time to get this done before my deadline as I have other commitments. Will not be providing tools.

Nib L shape wall needs to be set and sanded. Top can be rough as timber is going on top but corners need to be touched up and base coated + top coat and sand. Angles are on but 1 90mm x 2.7m corner needs a strip on it with an angle. Joint master and half a bag of base coat is on site and angle same as stud adhesive. And gyprock is on site.

I need a handyman on an ad hoc basis. You need to be competent preferably with training as a carpenter or similar. Jobs need some skill, not just moving stuff although could be part of it. I would like someone who I can call on to do a bunch of jobs each time so it’s worth your while. Jobs could include some gardening, put a handle on a door, some painting, repair kitchen doors, move heavy pots etc. This is just examples of jobs. Happy to pay hourly basis. I don’t want a fixed quote because jobs vary.

The task details are as follows: Master Bedroom: 2.5m wide wardrobe, covering overhead space for additional storage. Mirror doors. Room 2: 3.5m wide wardrobe, covering overhead space for storage. Room 3: 1.75m wide wardrobe, covering overhead space for storage. Overhead area can be suggested with your best recommendation as long as we could use the space. Additionally, we would like to request the removal of our 4 old wardrobes (x4). (Old wardrobe photo attached) Our residence offers easy access and ample parking space in front of the house. No stairs at all from your car to 3 rooms. I totally understand the exact quote can be made after site visit, but it would be appreciated if you could suggest some ballpark figures within your reply.
