Find an experienced handyman in Chatswood

Part of keystone brick wall has fallen due to rain. Need it rebuilt, gravel and sand.

We slipped on the attic and cracked one of the wooden tiles. You can see a crack on the ceiling when you come back down. I need someone that knows how to fix it and paint it and can come with me to get all that they need (there’s a Bunnings near). Hopefully someone that have worked in construction before and know how to do it or have experience with this.

There are power/light switches in the bedroom that might need routing if we go with option 2. Boards are quite easy to install, screws (on acoustic panels) or glue (island kitchen). Should be done in a single day, apartment is small but can use balcony as temp cutting area. Timber Panels will be sourced, but we don't have any power tools (no saw, drill etc).

The electric recliner function has stopped working It has buttons on the sides with use. The USB does not charge as well now

The leg isn’t snapped it’s just come away because the nails holding it in place are quite flimsy. I am planning to wood glue it back in place I just need someone with an electric drill to put a few screws in so it will hold. I can potentially buy the screws if you don’t have any long enough.

Our door blind fall while closing, not sure if its needs any sort of repair.

The sliding door gets stuck when trying to open or close, not sure why or if there’s anything stuck in the tracks. Please also retighten the screw for the door handle. You’ll need to be available weekdays 9am-3pm.

Stone table little bit damage

I need a person who can make a hole on my garage ceiling and install three small anchor or hook so I can tie my gymnastics rings. I can pay for the bolts and the hooks. Assuming they’re not quite expensive from Bunnings😅. It would be very quick job of making three holes.

Need a handy man to repair loose outdoor tiles in front of office; clear palm leaves, get on a ladder to straighten a projector; move heavy coffee machine to a building 100m away.
