We need a new studwall to be installed to create an additional bedroom. Carpenter and Gyprocker to allow for the following - Approx 37000mm length and 3000mm height. - Supply and install metal stud and standard 13mm gyprock with either 64 rondo stud or timber stud - Supply insulation - Install skirting, door architrave, interior french door (soild core) with hinges and door handle. Client to supply all these items. Skirting to match existing. - Note interor doors will require some carpentry to make them french doors with jam. - Plaster and prep interior walls for paint finish, painting not included. - Allow to review cornice replication, to be discussed onsite and priced separately. - Note room has recently been painted and floors sanded. - Custom decorative cornice to be reviewed on site, excluded from above scope.
