Cornice in bedroom needs to be replaced as it’s come off, I need the one that on, off and new put back on

I have some Flexi Storage wall shelves to install in my living room. You will need to drill in the 4 or 5 strips which hold the brackets, and drill holes in the shelves themselves for the screws. Also help me to decide the best positioning, etc. The photo I’ve included is of the system, not my amount of shelves. I have 9 x 900cm shelves (3 per tier) and 4 or 5 brackets. The wall itself is either concrete or brick im not sure. I have a cable finder device from Bunnings, but as it isn’t dry wall I don’t believe there are any in there. I have done this myself before but I have hurt my back and can’t.

When we moved in about 3 years ago the floorboards in the master bedroom in half the room were damaged and we got half of them replaced. Over the last year we’ve slowly started noticing them expanding. We understand this is a normal thing that happens especially during summer when there is more moisture but now the problem is getting even worse during winter when you’d normally expect them to shrink. Perhaps if just the one board that has the biggest peak in the middle is replaced with some spacing it should help alleviate the problem with the remaining ones that aren’t that bad yet. Would rather not replace them all but open to suggestions.

hi, i'd like an experienced and qualified builder to build a flood gate for my property. all i really need is to cover this area which is in between two brick walls as we live next to a storm water canal and when it overflows the waters goes into our drive way. the barrier only needs to deflect the water so it goes back on the main road. an experienced carpenter could easily make hardwood with some rubber seals.
