We had a carpet runner installed and the door needs to be shortened by ~12mm. It’s solid wood and have been removed from the frame.

I'm looking for a professional for sand and refinish our hard wood floors. Someone who has done this before and knows exactly what they're doing. We have approx 80 sqm of hardwood floor that needs it's old red gloss finishing removed. We are trying to achieve a neutral, lighter wood finish. Ideally we would have this job done and completed on weekend 14-15 Dec.

I need someone to help remove my freestanding dishwasher and connect my new one. The issue is that the kitchen laminate flooring, which may have been installed after the dishwasher, is jamming it and preventing it from being pulled out easily. You may need to cut a small piece of the laminate or find another solution. Since I'll be replacing the flooring soon, it's fine if the laminate is slightly damaged or doesn't look perfect. Remove old MDF wall unit and dispose of rubbish. Re-build new Wall unit as per drawing attached and photo for layout, colour, finish and materials. Combination of Oak or similar external shelving (Can use Pine and stain dark to match dark floorboards), MDF internal shelving, V-Groove backing, Hinged doors with magnet/push close maybe handles is less cost. Unfortunately have a stain in my table (Old Elm Timber) which is unpolished. Need help removing the stain and to apply a natural hard wax. It occurred 2 weeks ago, I thought it was water / would have dried but it hasn’t, so could mean it may have been an oil based stain.
