Hi there, We had some flooding recently in our basement which has affected the plywood walling clad to the concrete base of the storage room. Just need someone with some plwyood to cut and install replacements to clad onto the concrete. We're also hoping that at the same you could use some wood to install a mildly thick hinge door to this storage room to prevent any draft from coming in. We're looking to put a dishwasher in our kitchen, which hasn't had one. Looking to put it at the end of the existing cabinet so it will need to be adjusted to fit in the dishwasher, this may include removing/cutting/adding the kickboard, panels, cabinet door, drilling holes for the pipes, and anything in between. House is vacant and there are two parts to this task: - cut timber door to size and install - the parts that are cut, then have to cut these to size to fix/attach to a few timber kitchen drawers. Have attached photo of current old white door which will be removed, the timber door and the kitchen drawers. Can be done pretty much any day in within next 2 weeks except for Fridays and Saturdays.

I need someone to build me this kids bed frame in a Aussie single size. I have US twin size plans you can use as a starting point if you like or just build from scratch. They sell this style of bed in the shops but only with dowel rails and my daughter is basically a baby crocodile in bed rolling round and gets stuck in them... this one has solid sides and she will love it too! The internal panels need to be flat and a snug fit to a single mattress so there are no gaps between mattress and the frame. The sides need to be high enough to stop her rolling out. I can give you our mattress depth so we can make sure the clearance is okay. I just want it made out of untreated pine, sanded and either oiled or left raw depending on quoted cost for either option, don’t need it painted as in the picture. Happy to pay for materials separately to reduce fee cut. Just an estimate prior to accepting job and receipts after purchase. I would build it myself but I just don’t have the time with a toddler in tow and she is outgrowing her cot quickly. Appreciate the help! Any questions let me know.
