Timber Awning Window has rotted around the corner of the window section where the wind out glass window sits as per images. Need this repaired, I don't think bogging it would do, it will need part of the timber most likely to be replaced . Also needs some repair to the sill where there is about 3 inches of soft timber. I will paint at a later date so supply and repair of items needed to fix window minus paint should be included in quote. This is a ground floor window. TWO people required for the following: • erect an IKEA gazebo & anchor to concrete (hammer drill required) • flip over & move a heavy sofa 2 metres, then return after I’ve photographed it • attach camera, bracket & small solar panel (hammer drill & ladder required) The IKEA instructions specify it’s a 2-person job. I cannot help. The sofa requires 2 people. It is currently under a tarp in a car port & I cannot provide photos (hence, the job).

Door hinges have come off

Install a large size dog door into a glass door, the panel width is 60cm and height is 180cm. I am pretty sure it’s single glazed. Alternative changing to a wooden door or extending the current cat flap however there is electrics next to it so mag be hard. See pic for images. - Due date: Flexible

Hi, After a quote for a few odd jobs that sound like you’re qualified to for. 1. A glass window needs to be replaced, approximately 137cm height x 79cm wide. The window is quite high off the ground, not sure if you can do it from the inside. 2. The hinge has come off the bricks of my side gate outside, can’t close it. 3. A glass gate has dropped and can’t close. 4. One of the timber bifold doors inside has come off the roller and looks like it is missing a part. I’ll attach some photos. Sorry of the descriptions aren’t very clear, let me know if you need more information. I have 4 doors in my Home that need repair. The first two don’t close properly. Not sure if the hinges have loosened or the wood has expanded, but the doors take some effort to close. Next is the front door which as you could see by the pictures has had some of the timber laminate removed from the bottom. Thinking a solution could be to place a thin wooden panel across the bottom like a kicker to hide this issue. The final door is at cubby house door, which simply needs a magnet latch and a piece of timber for the magnet to catch on when it closes. These jobs are all to prepare the house for sale. My wife and I both work full-time, so if possible would be good to have these jobs completed after hours or on the weekend. Looking for the work to be completed soon as possible as the house goes on the market in the next few weeks. - Due date: Before Sunday, 4 February 2024

I have a storage box that has arrived at my door and I can’t open the padlock. Some bolt cutters should do the job but I don’t have any. Other options could be an angle grinder. I’ve found locksmiths to be too expensive. Photos are attached. I need someone to complete the job before 4pm today if possible. Located in Greensborough.
