As part of regular maintenance I need someone to sand and stain the deck in my back yard. Lift skirting, remove rotted timber sheet in small walk in wardrobe, install new timber sheet 1400 x 600 and replace skirting. Will reimburse for timber separately.

This large wardrobe won’t fit into new apartment - the top comes off but the feet are a problem. Any idea? Dismantle base? Remove feet and add some Bunnings bun like feet?
