Find experienced local carpenters in Little Bay

Hello! We are in the market for a Builder/ Cabinet Maker/ Shelving/ Gyprock specialist to help us build a study and shelving “nook” in our flat. We live in a two-bedder in Little Bay, and have a small hollow, internal wall between our bedroom and the living room (see pictures). We are interested in building a small cupboard which could have a fold out desk, perhaps a draw for keyboard/ mouse, and the ability to mount a monitor on the back. Ideally, we would LOVE for the desk to be able to adjust between sitting and standing also. Note that the current cupboard/ shelves pictured are basic IKEA ones. We’re very open to completely removing these and perhaps extending the build to include a shelving set across the whole wall. Note also the broader gyprock wall has metal studs behind it. We are looking for someone who could help us design and complete this small project with us. Understand it might be worth seeing our place and having a chat with us before coming up with a quote, but any early indications on what we should expect would be much appreciated. Cheers, Dan

My 32 square metre deck requires a bit of a facelift. Need replacement of the boards + oiling. Open to timber or non timber. - Due date: Flexible

Our fridge is just a couple of cms too wide for the space it is meant to go in. The task is to 1. Remove the existing double panel on the left (see image) 2. Cut one panel so we can widen the gap 3. Secure the cabinet at the top without the support of removed panel in prev step 4. Make a couple of holes on either side of the frame to allow the fridge to remain ventilated 5. Slot the fridge in Job done :) The fridge width is 905mm The current space is 895mm Each plank is about 20mm. So removing one plank leaves it with at least 5mm on either side of the fridge. It is tight, hence we need to cut out the holes for side ventilation.

Both skylight tunnels have particle board panels that are old. In each tunnel two of the panels need replacing and painting. That means 4 panels in total. Here 3 pics provided for kitchen tunnel and 2 for family room tunnel. Tunnels both start at 2.3 m from floor. There are no leak problem now as both exterior skylights have been fixed recently. I've got a shed that is 2.1 long x 0.72m wide I ordered from Cheap Shed. I'd like to get help to assemble it. It is going on the side of the house, which has a slight downward slope. We'll also need a concrete slab that flattens the ground below the shed. Is this something you can help with?
