This task would suit a handyman or metal fabricator or a carpenter ! I’m looking for a grate to be fixed above my pond water line. Inset. The pond is little, about 2x1m. I need to make it child safe, and also protect any potential fish friends down the line from the magpies ! (However it doesn’t need to be mesh). I assume the materials can be found at bunnings but it will require some cutting to size (as the pond is oval) and fixing in place firmly! It would help if it had a nice aesthetic as well.
