Require a timber deck that is about 8m by 8m (not quite square) to be sanded back and stained (probably 2-3 coats required as we are looking for a dark stain). It comes up against house and so care needs to be taken for any splash. see attached photos. I’m okay condition but just starting to show some age and Wood needs to be given added protection from the elements. One section of deck also needs repair (new wood)

Looking for a qualified cabinet maker to make updates to a small (2.4m), single-benchtop, stainless kitchen (see photos). Of course, the price doesn't include the cost of the doors/materials. The kitchen is in very good condition except that the metalic panelling has rusted since we're close to the ocean and and the air rusts everything quickly here. 1. Doos/panels replacements (see photos) ---------------------------------------------- - 4 sections of 1 panels on high cabinets (one contains cooker hood) - 2 sections of 1 panel in the low cabinets (one is under sink) - 1 section has 3 small panels. This is the dishwasher section, with a diswasher drawer panel, and a drawer above and a drawer below. 2. Replace the strip lighting ------------------------------- There's one strip of lights with the older long skinny halogen lights. we'd like to replace it with modern strip lighting. All electrics are in place. 3. New features in the cabinets ----------------------------------- To upgrade the usability of the kitchen, we would love to add; - pull-out bins in one of the sections under the sink (for the bin, recycling and food waste). I've added a photo. - pull-down interiors in the high cabinets. They are so high that we don't often use them. It's very inefficient use of the space. We'd love to get internal structures that we can easily pull down to place and retrieve stuff. I've added 2 photos of examples from a random google search. Apart from the basic floor plan, you'd need to come by first to do the more detailed measurements. Sauna door has swelled. Need it planed/sanded (only 5mm or so) down the bottom of door then re sealed where you have taken wood off and probably re seal door frame too with natural wood oil/wax. Thanks - Due date: Flexible

We have a wide space 90cm to a pole then 2.4 long in the cupboard. We want to remove all the items and shelves then build a nice looking king single with draws underneath . We would like 3 -4 deep draws in this new structure and it also being no higher than a normal bed height. We have a strong but heavy King single frame you could use from the loft bed if u needed We don't believe the pole is structural that is there but needs to be removed to complete the job it's in image 4 We could also use the HEMNES Day-bed frame with 3 drawers, white, Single as it seems to be a good cheaper solution once all the cupboards and draws etc are removed Room currently has a loft bed Quote is for all labor, materials all in - Due date: Flexible
