I would like my plastic KETER FACTOR 8'x8' SHED 2.6mx2.5m built and anchored ( dynabolts included but you will need to be equipped to drill into the existing concrete slab). Previous metal shed has been removed from the slab, and the plastic shed is currently in 2 boxes within the garage away from the rain. The existing slab is bigger than the new shed, so will need to confirm the position before anchoring.

Need additional storage solutions/ shelving for 4 wardrobes. On the wall of the main bedroom, there is a wall made of insulated padding material. There is a small area of stain ?burn from heat of bedside light lamp (see attached photo). Wondering if anyone can help fix / clean this before end of tenancy (30/11/24)?

The downpipe from our patio roof was disconnected for some recent works. It needs to be reconnected and possibly also realigned to go around a new pool fence so some additional parts may be needed to adjust the line the downpipe follows beside the post. Doing a house reno and have had some of the architrave installed but need the rest finished. Have captured most of it in photos - may be a couple areas I've missed. Also need the timber trim installed around the vj panelling on ceiling. There's one photo to show what is required and a photo of the remaining ceiling space.
