All materials are within 3m from the desired location, so it's ready to lift and shift. 2 nuances for this project * The base legs of the subfloor will be installed, so a little diggig is required (concrete is optional) * We have power cable delivered under the base of the floor, so need to cut out a 10cm x 10cm out to run power cable/post from the subfloor of the shed

I have a smallish balcony that a large air conditioner condenser sits on. I want a vented enclosure to hide the machine and that can support a gas’s bbq on top. Whether made of timber, aluminium or some sort of composite, I don’t really care. As long as it’s practical, aesthetically pleasing, will weather well, and can support a BBQ, I’ll be happy. Had a carpenter booked in for an estimate but he’s let me down. I need someone that will stick to their commitment and will be reasonable with pricing. Will prefer a tradie to look at the job in person before committing to it and a price.

I need the timber to raise the height of a lounge

Carpenter needed to fit new skirting around built in wardrobes. I’ve purchased the skirting already so just need someone with tools and skills to fit it.

I'd like someone to make be a wooden garden obelisk topped with a BALL finial and criss cross detailing on sides as shown in picture. I would do it myself but don't have the tools. Very much would like one as pictured but have a ball finial as pictured at the top. The whole thing about 175 tall... I will paint it.

The front of the drawer has come away from the drawer. Possibly needs a bracket to hold it together?

Install IKEA SKYTTA room divider W 300cm x H 240 cm into opening W 320x H 242cm and build/gyprock frame (materials for frame included in your quote) to make it fit (10cm on either side W and 2cm at the top H), including trimming cornice and skirting and trimming to incorporate ceiling height variation on left side as seen in fourth photo. Also need to move a light switch as it is in the way. - Due date: Flexible

Remove wall-to-wall carpet and sand, finish, varnish wooden floors underneath. Two rooms (connected)

We require a small modification to the timber slats on our gate to accomodate a new and slightly larger lock. See image for where we require them to be cut.

Reattach the downpipe and add a piece so rain flows properly onto sideway and not splash into basement. Kind of a rush job if this rain keeps pouring. The downpipe has a rounded oblong x section. Red outline in photo is downpipe on the ground, yellow outline is where it should be. :-P
