Maybe 4-5 boards need fixing. I'm not sure if it involves replacing them or if there are other options. I believe it's pine tongue and groove. The reason for fixing them is, high traffic areas outside kitchen and bathroom are squeaky and I would like to address it before it gets worse. The job includes looking at 2 stair treads with a similar issue. Let me know if you want to quote inclusive of materials or not, although I suspect an inspection would be needed before knowing material costs.

I have a new handrail and balusters on my staircase. I want the handrail sanded and stained dark brown and the vertical balusters painted in enamel. The balusters are already undercoated and just need a light sand. Handrail is 3.1m long.

Flatmate placed burning candle next to wall. Hence, black smoke marks on wall and part of ceiling gone dark. Wall needs painting 3 x 3m. Color: Antique White. Ceiling approx 1.5x 1.5m. Color: Ceiling white. There are also 10x stubborn double-sided tapes residue that needs to be remove prior to painting. As well, some stubborn stickers on door needs to be remove.

Looking for a carpenter, skilled in joinery to build a custom wood panelled bed board using pre-primed, tongue and groove pre cut panels by Porta - see images below. I need an experienced cabinet maker / kitchen installation person to adjust the cabinetry. The kitchen is only three years old and the cupboard hinges need aligning, the dishwasher facia, some drawer fronts. It is a custom made kitchen, but I am not sure its was installed well. I need someone with experience and an eye for detail to realign it. I expect its about 1.5-2 hours work for someone who knows what they are doing.
