I'm looking to get a custom table top made to a specific dimension to fit in the corner of the room.

Flatmate placed burning candle next to wall. Hence, black smoke marks on wall and part of ceiling gone dark. Wall needs painting 3 x 3m. Color: Antique White. Ceiling approx 1.5x 1.5m. Color: Ceiling white. There are also 10x stubborn double-sided tapes residue that needs to be remove prior to painting. As well, some stubborn stickers on door needs to be remove.

We have a small Blackbutt timber courtyard deck that needs to be replaced, it’s 3.5m x 3.5m (13sqm) and nailed to a treated pine frame. When first installed we had the area ground levelled compacted, plastic sheets were placed over the ground and a treated pine frame was built before the Bluckbutt timber was nailed on top. The first job was very well finished by a friend. In the last photo you can see there is a small section where a hatch can be lifted to access a sump drain below. We would like both the Bluckbutt timber and the treated pine frame to be replaced. We are replacing exactly as it currently is (Same dimensions, Same timber). We are interested in quotes for installation only.

Replacing kitchen bench tops and install splash back

Looking for a carpenter, skilled in joinery to build a custom wood panelled bed board using pre-primed, tongue and groove pre cut panels by Porta - see images below. You will need to build the frame and attach to wall then install the panels and add a shelf to top. Panels will need to be painted prior to job starting. I have ordered the panels to be pre-cut to size. I will pay for all materials separately. I need an experienced cabinet maker / kitchen installation person to adjust the cabinetry. The kitchen is only three years old and the cupboard hinges need aligning, the dishwasher facia, some drawer fronts. It is a custom made kitchen, but I am not sure its was installed well. I need someone with experience and an eye for detail to realign it. I expect its about 1.5-2 hours work for someone who knows what they are doing.

Need help installing a sliding barn door and wood panel to fill a very high internal doorway (see detail below). I plan to buy all the components in advance of your visit but would appreciate a call in advance of the site visit to confirm/refine the selection of components. The existing door opening is narrow (695mm) but quite high (2885mm) so we will likely need to fix a small wooden panel above the highest door I can find (which is 2400mm). The adjacent wall looks like a nail laminated timber panel so will try to match that. I will need some advice on the fixings for this panel and the barn door rail as the surrounding structure is a steel I shaped beam above, a steel I shaped column on one side and the laminated timber panel on the other side (see attached photo). I imagine drilling into the I shaped beams will be a challenge so some advice on the choice of fixings would be welcome before we schedule the job (e.g. suspending the rail from the rafters above?) The opening estimate assumes it would take almost a full day of work but I will take your lead on your proposed design / quote.
