Somehow have stained my housemates footrest with some sort of food - Have tried to use vanish and other stain remover to no avail. Any advice or anyone who knows they can remove this please do let me know

Remove a bookcase height 137cm width 101cm depth 24cm heavy wood

I need two new pine boards in my living room floor stained with varnish. 1 board is 300 cm long and 31 cm wide. Second board is 200 cm long and 10 cm wide. These floor Boards will need two coats varnish with a 2 hour gap between coats. I have bought the varnish and brushes. Need to be neat and careful and prefer you have done something similiar previously.

We have been let down by the painter on this job and need a chop out from a professional painter/painters to finish the remainder of the outstanding works. There is lots of little attention to detail painting stuff and staining of timber items as shown. The project completion date is end of day Friday, so need someone who is available straight away.
