I’m considering making a opening in a wall (not all, just a kind of open window) between my kitchen and the living room and need a professional to check if it is a structural wall or not.

I have a door drop seal that that needs to be affixed to the front door of my apartment. Will require the use of a hacksaw. Also have a small portable drill to assist.

I need two shelves hung in my kitchen. The walls are brick and there’s approximately 4 holes to be drilled. Simple assembly on the shelves. A step stool is required as the top shelf will be above head height.

We need the top hinge of our door moved as it will not close(it’s dropped down at the top, inhibiting it from closing)

The bracket on the chair broke this weekend so I need someone to come and fix it. Another chair is loose so that needs fixing also. Maybe check all 6 and tighten. Only 1 broken but all need tightening

1. Place bed slate board on the bed then place the mattress. 2. Set up bedside table and lamps 3. Cutting and pasting the wooden skirting on the kitchen island countertop side and the weather strip seal for the front door. Skirting board already available. Just need to be installed. 3. Removing the baby proofing around the house This involves removing all the self-adhesive baby proofing devices around the house 4. Clean the garden side top gutter This involves placing a ladder on the side lane of the house to access the roof and then cleaning the gutter with some garden gloves and a garden spade or some such tool. It’s a short gutter so it’s a short job (less than an hour) but it does require a ladder and the cleaning tools.

Replace 1 broken window winder and potentially 2 more pending price. Fix 1 broken toilet seat, maybe 2 pending price; option for soft close seats and also a family seat in one (for kids).

Looking for someone experienced to assist in installing S blinds at our townhouse in St Kilda S blinds have all been purchased from Freedom, and we have the S fold curtains to go with it. Photos of all the windows requiring S blinds. Some of the runners/ tracks will need to be cut to fit, we have the required curtains and don’t envision needing to cut the curtains.
