I have two sets of cupboards, each cupboard is about 2 metres x 600mm. We are getting some new cupboards but have realised that the previous owners did a cheap job and there is no flooring under the bottom of the cupboards (which probably explains the damp). I need someone to take out the current base of the cupboards and put proper floor boards down before the new cupboards arrive. Please let me know how long you think this would take and also a rough guide on how you get to the price. Timeline is flexible but also want to get sorted before mid-May. Additional info Width of current boards is 140mm. I do not know the height. The new floor will not have to be an exact match as it will later have new cupboards put on top. I am thinking to have the front board (and maybe all the new flooring) perpendicular to the current boards.

My deck was built 7 years ago. Still in great shape but a few random ones need to be replaced - the joints have rotted. Probably around 8-10 Deck was installed with CAMO screws. I have the screws and installation bracket still. I’ll be supply all decking boards and screws. I can have timbers lifted ahead of replacement if you’d prefer but just need new boards cut and installed.

Hi, I am moving out of my place in a couple of weeks and want to restore /fix an area (<1m2) of the wooden floor in my living room that has been inadvertently damaged through the tenancy. Old Balinese wooden daybed needs to be partially disassembled to be moved to another room. It doesn’t have normal screws but rustic wooden pieces to hold it together. It’s also a bit wobbly so we might consider tighten it or using new screws. Handyman with wood experience or carpenter would be better.
