We are needing a Carpenter to tackle three projects. All projects need to be done starting 14th Feb. Ideally both need to be completed in X2 days. PROJECT 1: Replace X4 Doors Plus external doors leading out to the deck. Using entire width of door cavity (not just the two doors) Current door cavity Size: estimate 3030mmW X 2357mmH PROJECT 2: Widen and increase height of internal dividing wall between dining and living room. Height and width needs to match the dining entry wall dimensions, and suitable size for a door to be installed at a later date. See attached PROJECT 3: Add X2 floor transitions to downstairs laundry and bathroom. As the tiles are higher than the floor boards. See attached

External electricity box is rotten and needs to be rebuilt. Quote needs to include materials. 100cms x 70cms. 2 small doors.

We have a sub floor fan under the floor in our apartment with an access hatch in my daughter’s bedroom. It was laid over with clip together bamboo floor boards. I need someone (preferably a carpenter) to lift them up to provide access to the fan and create a new hatch or easy way to access. She has 3 cupboard doors however I don’t know the exact placement of where the current hatch is. I have some spare boards if required. My I thought it was in the first cupboard near the wall however my ex (the person that laid the floorboards) seems to think it was in the middle of second and third doors.

I would like an experienced handyman to reseal/refinish my outdoor wooden table. It is about 1m x 1m x 30cm. It was originally oiled/stained and sealed, but it was about two years ago and the sealing coating is coming off in places. In other words I think this is a minor job, it needs a resealing or refinishing but not a full staining and sealing from scratch. Please note you would need to bring your own materials (oil/sealant/whatever) please. I will add some images to the listing in a little bit so you can see the type of table/extent of job.

Wainscoting to approx 35m of wall , some plaster walls and rendered walls. Simple design , top rail bead continuous. With approx a rectangle shape per pic below. Top rail is 900mm off floor. The rectangle below will be 600mm wide . Start early October . Price is for labour , I’ll pay for materials. The person needs to come to view and let me know the amount of beading & materials needed. Hey Guys, We installed flat pack timber steps. They’ve been there for a few years but are now in disrepair. The rail is way too thick and not so nice looking. I was thinking of having 2 rails now instead of one. Attached are photos of the steps in different stages. I prefer a farm house look and not too modern. Looking pretty crap now. Thanks

Edit. Sorry my measurements were bad. Slab is currently 2.5 meters x 600 x 600. We have a seat covering it but I will remove it. So I guess the seat will need to be 3 to 3.5 meters x 600 x 600 Need someone to build a love seat similar style to a park bench in out front garden. currently there is a concrete slab for the wheely bins so the bench will cover that. the slab is low to the ground so it wont be in the way. guessing the bench should be around 2 meters x 600 x 600 but can be discussed. Please note fee includes materials.

I have 5 wooden dining chairs that are a bit high for the table. I need a few centimetres cut off the bottom of each leg to lower them. I want to convert a Webber 3 burner bbq on a stand to a built in bbq in a current structure. It would involve dismantling the bbq off its integrated stand, then creating a platform within the current brick structure that exists. I’d like to create a wooden door/enclosure under the bbq using wood that matches other wood used in the area - Due date: Flexible

We have 2 cabinets that were moved out to install a fire place. We have to re fix them to the wall and straighten up doors and handles and also adjust the plinth underneath to have the integrity to be even. See photos attached. Measurements are roughly 1.5M long eh. You will have help to lift them. - Due date: Needs to be done on Thursday, 24 November 2022
