I need to fix a detached carpet and shave the doors. 1. Carpets the the problem is nails are coming out, You will have to fix those nails so that the there will be no harm to tenants. 2. Problem with the doors is that it is getting stuck when closing. There are 2 doors that needs to be removed and shaved the under the door to prevent getting stuck ( You might have to remove the door and shave)And replace the door locks.
