We have a new 2.5m sofa that would not fit in our lift. The sofa doesn't appear to come apart. It looks it may fit through the long way - the long basement, and up the stairs to level 5. Due to its length we found it difficult to manoeuvre so would love if someone experienced in removalist work or with spare sets of hands that can move furniture can do it!

I need an able bodied person to assist in clearing the contents of a small 1st floor unit into a truck. I will have a trolley to use. Mostly boxes & garbage bags of stuff plus a fold out sofa bed (will be in pieces), mattress in bag, chest of drawers, washing machine, normal size fridge + a bar fridge, a few chairs, & a couple of tables. It is not a removalist job. All the stuff is going onto a dump truck so I can take it to the tip.
