Hello, I have purchased a nursing chair and upon putting it together, I managed to get one of the wings stuck on the metal railing and it won't go down completely. I have tried to remove it but with no luck. Would anyone have skills to try remove the wing so that it can be reattached properly and go all the way down, like it's meant to. The wing I am referring to is on the left side of the chair in the picture

Looking for someone to assemble this chair. We had it shipped from the UK and they took it apart but not in a great way. (For example one of the wooden bolts is stuck in the hole and might have to be glued or similar.) Trying to find the correct chair, it's similar to the attached image though.
