Hello - this request is for an individual or two who can help with cleaning our new home. In particular, we are looking for those who pay extra attention to details (ensuring floorboards are washed, removing dust from cupboards and sanitising, using mold remover on bathroom tiles, etc.) and is willing to take direction along the way. We are receiving the home in cleaned condition, but have a feeling that we'll still need to do some cleaning of our own. We have all the cleaning supplies you will need, but please let me know if you have any questions. The offer is for 4 hours of work at $30/hour for one person. If you have a mate their rate will be the same. Also, there is an opportunity for recurring work on a monthly basis if you are interested and the service you provide meets requirements.
