We need to remove the centre gyprock wall we put in to cover an existing wall with a window. We now need this wall removed neatly and cleanly as it is a rental. There are wooden studs too. The gyprock will also need to be taken off site once the removal is done. Only one wall needs to be removed approx 4 meter long 3 meter high

Need help from tradie with tools for drilling holes in concrete floor. Job quote is for estimates for about 3 hours of work might need more so please let me know what works. Pillar is about 2m high.
