I have a two bedroom apartment that i need to have a full end of lease deep clean. The apartment is in good condition as I keep it nicely but it will need all the extras done including carpet cleaning, walls and windows, the oven (hardly used) - a full list of my agents requirements is attached. One thing of note is the bathroom ceiling will need a clean. Unit is ground floor with parking and as mentioned, the unit is generally well kept. I will need a receipt for the carpet cleaning at least. The unit will be empty from Sunday 16th Feb - Saturday 22nd so any time that week is fine.

Might turn into something regular to get through it if needed. We have all the tools needed. Make it $35 an hour, I've budgeted for four hours but we can do more/less and across days.
