Fixing the giprock ceiling to look like new then procure and install new good quality blind (around width 112cm and height 260cm). The prior blind fell off when it was rolled down, most likely due to its being a cheap one as it was not smooth rolling and also sub standard installation. The gap was closed with applying layers of gorilla tape which have been up there for about 2 years. You probably need to be at my place to inspect the damage to get a clear indication of what needs to be done. Job can start on Monday May 20th at mid day and must be finished by Thursday May 23rd at 6pm, please provide counter offer

[Outside Stairs] • Wooden handrail loose • 3 loose boards that need to be fastened down • The stairs are 25m long and we have string lights wrapped around the handrail. We'd like to mount the string lights underneath the handrail instead (that would look neater). • Mount cable cover box • We have 3 outdoor lights along the stairs. Their cables are currently just hanging around. We want to tidy the cables - mount them along the timber of the stairs so they're out of sight. • 2-3 loose bricks on the ground; can we make them not loose [Shed] • There's perspex that covers one part of the shed. There's an opening on one end (see photo). We want to close that opening with a bit more perspex. Or replace all the perspex with a different covering. • A couple of other small openings where the roof meets the walls where we can patch it up with something/anything just to block small animals from getting in. [Car Port] • A small concrete block that I want to chop a small piece off of to make it smaller (see photo) • Put a bit of timber behind the garden tap so it’s nice and straight and looks nice [Sliding Doors] • 2 are not sliding well so we want to fix those [Kitchen] • The plumbing underneath 2 cabinets looks v untidy (see photos). Are we able to finish it off so it looks nice? No plumbing changes obviously; but for example cutting a plastic plate to fit over the plumbing so it looks good. • There's a hole underneath another cabinet that we can cover with the same plastic approach • After the plumbing looks nice there are 3 shelf inserts we can slide into place; might need to cut it a bit • There's a gap between the edge of the benchtop and the splashback wall in one area; we'd like to seal it up [Door Knobs] • Replace 6 door knobs [Balcony] • Mount washing line to balcony wall. We'll need to mount some timber first because it's weatherboard. See photo.

The lock pad for my sliding door has come.off. i have tried to put it back a few times by drilling.new holes on the door as the revious holes were worn out however it did not work. I need a handy man or carpenter to fix it.
