Spring clean my house. De clutter, organise and laundry

Looking for someone to help me to remove items from my small apartment. I'm in a mess, and can't get up and down my stairs like I used to. I'm on the third floor, no elevator. I'm talking moving around boxes, recycling, bags to go to the op shop, stuff to the bin etc. I will hire a removal company for any big items. Been thinking that a afternoon session of three hours on a Saturday or Sunday would do it. I have a cat, who will likely hide, but in case you have allergies. 😊

2 brm 2 bth unfurnished apartment final cleaning. Only one female tenant lived here. Completely empty of furniture, the last of these is being moved Tuesday. Hard floors in main room and both bathrooms, carpet in the 2 bedrooms. Carpets needs to be steam/dry cleaned. Curtains need steam cleaning while hung (if possible). High ceilings, small step ladder will be needed. Outside balcony needs sweeping for dust. No plants were here but 2nd floor apartment gets fine road dust (no outside hose or tap, suggest an outside vacuum). Small kitchen, already very clean (hot plate done and polished). Kitchen shelves need basic wipe over. Oven does not need cleaning. Bathrooms have showers, sink, toilet (no bath). Light fittings, skirting boards, mopping hard floors. Small amount of cursory cobwebbing on balcony. Filter or grease trap above hot plate. Splashback. Vacuuming. It is already quite clean, I would just like specialized cleaning skills to make sure it is really clean, carpet & curtain steam cleaning probably the most important thing I need done.
