Find an experienced handyman in North Perth

The bottom right part of the door keeps jamming/scraping the base, would like door to close smoothly. (not sure if screws need adjusting or bottom of door planed)

Outdoor GPO isn’t working and need it repaired or replaced prior to settlement of property sale.

There’s a smal hole at knee level that needs repairing, and the door handle on the inside is snapped. The retracting doesn’t work on the handle which is why there is a hole as I was trying to push it open thinking it was stuck

Install 12 decoration inserts to 6 veranda posts (each post gets 2 inserts - one on each side). I will prime and paint this before installation (see pictures )

Re-silicone gap between bench and tiles, and around kitchen sink. I have scraped out the old silicone, so just need a steady hand to neatly put in the new. The gaps are wonky, and a couple chipped tiles, so will be fiddly. I have two tubes of silicone.

A couple of years ago I got an airtasker to plumb in the water / ice dispenser on my fridge. They connected it under my kitchen sink. Since then , I only get very hot water in the kitchen sink / if I turn the tap to cold it reduces the water to a trickle. It only affects the kitchen sink The dishwasher is also hooked up under the sink but it always has been and did not cause an issue. I’m in an apartment in west perth but we have free visitor parking in the building so you can easily park on site. Can anyone help out ?

I would like some simple open shelving built in my kitchen, using ply and pine. The existing kitchen has minimal storage, and I would like to increase the storage. It is in two sections, as pictured. I guess I am open to ideas, and happy for your quote to exclude materials. Just your labour, and I’ll cover materials separately. It feels like a day of work? What do you reckon?
