Need to install the foldable clothesline on the brick wall . Need somebody who knows how this is done. The product name is Hills 8.4m Woodland Grey Mini Folding Frame and has been purchased from Bunnings

I live in an apartment building and my strata committee requires that I hire someone with a licence number to install the clothesline. It should be like 10 minutes to essentially put some screws in the walls of my balcony. I need to give strata at least 2 weeks notice and your licence number.

I have 2x expandable clotheslines to be installed in my laundry. Each has 8 screws in the back and it comes with a screw template. My walls are reinforced concrete so a hammer drill with carbide drill bits are needed.
