300 SQM office needing 1 coat of white paint on all walls as part of an end-of-lease make good obligation. Paint to be provided by as part of quote Work includes: Minor imperfections in plasterboard/ timberwork to be filled and gapped • Recoating of office wall in same colour • Coating of kitchen walls • Coating to section of walls in staircase • Front door to be recoated to get rid of tenant signage • Walls to be coated in either matt or low sheen acrylic • Doors Architraves and skirting to be coated in Semi Gloss of High Gloss Aqua enamel All necessary prep will be carried out Labour / Equipment Inc by contractor The front door will also need painting to remove signage (also blue currently, happy to use same paint as walls) Signage in a glass sliding door needs removing No ceilings A single coat with high-coverage paints. I need my shop front awnings painted white . The awning is polycarbonate and the frame is plastic

I need an office space to be painted - see 4 walls in photos attached. I will supply the paint and any other supplies necessary to complete the work.

• Conference room outer and inner walls – to be painted the same white/off white shade as the conference room reception. • Front Reception meeting Room - Walls to be painted the same shade as above and Door to be painted the same shade as the server room door. • Purple office off the conference room reception area - Walls to be painted the same shade as above and Door to be painted the same shade as the server room door. • All items that have been fixed to the walls to have fixings removed and patched and painted accordingly.

Holes have been patched and sanded but I’m not happy with it and want it to be done better. Bathroom door has been nailed back together and will need the nails to be punched in a bit further then the holes need to be filled and sanded plus painted. I have the paint and also quick dry plaster if needed

Need to remove glue & match & paint facia on shop front where the sign removed

I will prep work shop floor. I have a concrete grinder and hot pressure cleaner I can do the prep. I need a few hand to roll on the epoxy as it sets very fast. Have done it a few years ago but requires doing again. Happy to pay extra for extra help pre or happy to have a hand rolling. Only problem being a work shop I need it done over the break as the workshop is operational all other times of the year.

Re-painting walls, all currently white. The back wall will be repainted grey, and the other walls will be white. Some areas will need undercoat, mainly around where the floor meets the walls, paint chipping.

Need the outside and inside of a shop painted. Should take a couple of days. Well supply all paint and brushes/rollers etc. just need to supply yourself! All signs are down outside so there’s not too much to do.

Paint skirting boards in 3 bedrooms and a small office. We have the under coat and paint. Going from an off white to a brighter white. Will need to pull carpet up on edges but no need to put back as we are getting new carpet. Looking to get this done ASAP. Thank you.

Have a small office that has holes from shelves and pictures. Just need patching and painting white. Room is 2.0 x 2.4. 2 main walls and one small wall where door is and one small wall with a window. All white so no cutting in needed. Also floor is removed at this time.
