We are leaving the office and need to have a make good. We had decals stuck on the walls and they’ve taken paint off as we removed them. We also have one decal we can’t remove so that needs to come off as well.

Paintng office - Make good obligation

The suite comprises 20 sqm in area with a ceiling height of 3.9m. There is a window frame facing the street and an internal window facing the corridor. The prep would include removing screws from the masonry walls and patching. I expect the ceiling would require a single coat and the walls, 2 coats. Existing colour is white and new colour would also be a white shade. The suite is located on 2nd floor of a building in King Street, Sydney. Access is by stairs or lift.

Need to paint floor and toilets

I have a requirement to apply self adhesive wallpaper to a single office wall. I have the wallpaper which is 70cm by 77cm. Will require 20+ adhesives to be applied.

Office Painting 48m2. To paint white, and window walls blue. No drop sheets required (no carpet in place atm). All paint will be supplied. Painting to be completed between Monday 27th - Wednesday 28th (next week). One coat of primer and two top coats.

Looking for a painter who can paint over a larger mural and small wall in an office we are vacating.

I need an office space to be painted - see 4 walls in photos attached. I will supply the paint and any other supplies necessary to complete the work.

Holes have been patched and sanded but I’m not happy with it and want it to be done better. Bathroom door has been nailed back together and will need the nails to be punched in a bit further then the holes need to be filled and sanded plus painted. I have the paint and also quick dry plaster if needed

I will prep work shop floor. I have a concrete grinder and hot pressure cleaner I can do the prep. I need a few hand to roll on the epoxy as it sets very fast. Have done it a few years ago but requires doing again. Happy to pay extra for extra help pre or happy to have a hand rolling. Only problem being a work shop I need it done over the break as the workshop is operational all other times of the year.

Re-painting walls, all currently white. The back wall will be repainted grey, and the other walls will be white. Some areas will need undercoat, mainly around where the floor meets the walls, paint chipping.

I want my office glass covered, don’t want to make it visible from outside, flexible with options, stickers, tinting/paint Nothing fancy, just want privacy for my staff working inside the office.
