I bought a MacBook Air in 2012. I haven’t used it in 5 years but can still turn it on and open everything that is saved on there. I want to back it up to my iCloud before it stops working. I don’t think it’s particularly hard, but I can’t figure it out and keep putting it off. My friend said she used an Airtasker for something similar. Are you able to help? Also, I’m thinking it’s super slow because the memory is full. If I can remove everything off the laptop and onto the iCloud, I’m thinking I might be able to use it again?

I’m looking for a computer tech person to clean up my MacBook by backing up all mp3/music files, deleting all duplicate music files, and then restoring my computer to factory settings with only the music files. I am a DJ so there’s a lot of music to go through.

Adding up what my files, photos etc on C drive , and E drive downloads and etc sees it all at less than 500 Gb. My NAS drive has 4 TB capacity. It says it is full, so wont allow any more backing up and won't process more scans. Maybe it is not overwriting files, but adding to them? Or...? It needs a check and reset, first off. Hi, I have a NAS drive, and it seems to have stopped its regular backing up. It used to also connect to a portable hard drive and back that up, as well. Both need rebooting. I have a one drive account as well, so may as well back up to that. And I have a new laptop which I'd like to link my email account to.

We have a desktop computer and a laptop computer. The desktop is currently not turning on properly. It is running Windows 10. We want to repair the desktop so that it can be turned on, then ensure that everything from the desktop is transferred to the laptop, before disposing of the desktop. We also want to set up an automatic daily backup of the laptop. There may already be an automatic daily backup set up for the desktop, so perhaps this can be moved over to the laptop. We don't expect that this should take more than a couple of hours, as both computers mainly have only photos and document files.
