Hi, I have 1 desktop and 1 small laptop that are about 3 years old but both have become very slow. Both Lenovo. They are used in our business and the main use is for using our business management software which is online. I think they both just need to be updated and cleaned up. Suitable days to do it would be a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Sunday onsite.

I am running an iMac and I usually connect an external hard drive a Seagate 4 TB hard drive via a USB port. I’ve accidentally pressed the off button at the power switch and on this occasion the hard drive no longer mounts. It switches on and it detectable by disk utility however disk utility fails to be able to repair the disc or mount the hard drive onto the iMac I was wondering if anyone may be able to help me recover the data thank you

New laptop and I can’t seem to set up my emails. Perhaps 🤔 have done something wrong in initial set up. I’m am not computer savvy and require someone to show me what I’m doing wrong

We have recently made some changes to a jotform which is linked to an email, so every time the form is submitted an email gets sent with a pdf attachment of the form. This has always worked fine however since making changes to the form, the pdf attachment is not displaying most of the data from the form, nearly all fields are left blank and we cannot work out how to fix this. We need someone who is experience in jotform to advise how this can be fixed. have tried googling everything and cannot work it out.

I have two printers and I can’t get either of them to work with my Mac

I have an Asus G512L with a 500GB SSD. I recently installed a 2TB SSD and new ram into the laptop. I disabled fast boot, secure boot, and changed the sata mode to AHCI (it was previously Intel Rapid Storage). I then loaded an OS from a USB to format the 2TB SSD. After this I reverted my bios settings back to default but I cannot access the windows installation on the 500GB as I am getting a bitlocker recovery message on boot. I have put all my ram back to default, removed my 2TB ssd and also put all the bios settings back to default but I am still getting this message. I am still getting E_FVE_PCR_MISMATCH. I thought putting all my hardware and BIOS settings would fix this as it worked in the past. I do not know how to clear this error, I was under the assumption all I had to do was get the laptop back to the previous hardware configuration. Please help. I have important files on the windows partition I need to recover

We have a PC that’s a few years old that’s running windows 10. Unfortunately, we switched the mains power off and the computer switched off. Upon restarting the windows, it says that windows can’t be started up normally nor cannot be started up using the Windows repair.
