Find a reliable computer and IT professional in Albert Park VIC

I’m looking for someone to come to our house and optimise out internet set up. We have a new house with MBN and data point upstairs and downstairs, but the internet is not getting upstairs. I work upstairs so I need advice on the best configuration to ensure I have high speed internet upstairs.

Data recovery from: - 2 x Dell XPS laptops (can be turned on & one was my main laptop until just over a year ago) - 1-2 x WD Red hard drives that were in a Synology NAS DS416play (4 bay but only 2 used - not in enclosure (1 should be enough, as the other should just be a backup of the 1st) - 1 WD MyCloud drive (similar to NAS as in was attached to router), in enclosure All were used with older Windows laptops & I assume in NTFS format. All confirmed to be readable by phone repair shop (they don't do other IT stuff but looked at all the drives as a favour & said they work fine). Data mainly photos, music & MS Office files including Outlook email files. Probably about 2-3 TB of data all up. Need to be transferred either to new in box portable external 5TB drive that can be used for both Windows & MacOS formatting/partitioning (combined data from alll drives will be way less than 5TB) or new in box Synology NAS DS423 - either way will need to be used with MacOS now. Priority & EXTRA PAYMENT will be given to someone who will set up the new NAS (two bay operation despite having four bays, one for Macbook Air M2 and iPhone/iPad wifi backups, & one as backup of the first drive). Existing WD Red drives confirmed by Scorptech (where I bought new NAS) to be fine to work with new NAS - I have 4 drives & as per the above only 2 were used so it should be relatively simple to use the unused drives for backups. I have multiple disabilities, severe chronic pain conditions & mobility issues & am mainly bedridden, so I need someone not only with the knowledge & experience to do this task, but also with a "care factor" who understands that they will be making my life just that bit easier by giving me access to files including health records that I need & can't access; & if setting up new NAS, enabling seamless backups of the MacOS/iOS devices I use now. Day and time to be agreed on for sometime this week.

Cat 5 and phone line cable already roughed in . Needing phone line and data point to connect nbn services

My Internet has stopped working and it's due to the modem. I think it's either the wireless PPPoE has been changed and now not working after changing back to the original PPPoE or the wires have been altered and not working anymore. Give me an offer if interested.

I have changed my internet over to 5G with Telstra. I also need an extender connected. As well as login details setup for the router so that I can control the internet connection (to cut my kids off at certain times).
