Aussie Broadband are saying the NBN connection is fine and connected to the apartment building, but that Testing indicates an open termination after the MDF and a licensed ACMA cabler will be required on site to troubleshoot and rectify the issue causing a break in the connection. We are hoping a technician might be available ASAP to swing by and sort it out for us.
