Hi there, I have an older hard drive. It is a: Seagate Expansion Portable Drive 500GB P/N 9SD2A4-500 I have bought new cable and tried to get my data from my MacBook Pro (Ventura 13.4) And it is not mounting or reading on my laptop. I have a feeling that it is because of the OS I am using (this is from forums I have read) It is not making a clicking sound, but when I go to disk utilities I receive the attached image error message. I have bought a new cord and tried that as well so don’t think it’s the cord. I need help to understand how I can get the data or if anyone is well versed in this data collection topic. Let me know! I was using my computer monitor (crossover UHD LCD 28") when I heard a little pop and it turned off, now the screen only displays blank white. I'm assuming it's probably a blown capacitor. Im using Acer aspire one laptop, suddenly the keyboard didn’t work properly, still can put letters but no numbers working at all. I can not type the password so can not login computer for a year.

I have a Cintiq companion DTH-W1301 that is probably about 7 years old. Recently I've encountered an error where the screen wont light up anymore. I have been able to plug a second monitor into it and the computer itself is working fine, the screen is also still sensing movement and can be used to move the cursor- it is just that the screen wont light up anymore. As a final resort before getting it looked ta I've wiped it and reinstalled windows but it is still having the issue. Wanting to know how much it would be to get it fixed :)
