We are seeking an experienced Computer Technician to visit our office and install graphics card adapters into two workstations. These workstations need to be configured to support a 49-inch 5K ultra-wide monitor with a 32:9 aspect ratio (5120 x 1440 resolution). The technician will either install graphics cards provided by us or recommend and supply the appropriate hardware for the setup. Key Responsibilities: Install Graphics Cards: Install the appropriate graphics cards in two desktop PCs to connect to a 49-inch 5K ultra-wide monitor. Ensure Compatibility: The graphics card for the HP Elite 600 G9 (small form factor) must be compatible with a small form factor slot, while the card for the Standard Asus Desktop PC should support the 5120 x 1440 resolution. Monitor Setup: Ensure the monitors are correctly connected and configured to run at the required 5120 x 1440 resolution with the 32:9 aspect ratio. Test Configuration: Test the setup to ensure proper functionality of both workstations and monitors. Provide Recommendations: If necessary, recommend and supply suitable graphics cards for both systems. Required Skills: Proven experience in computer hardware installation, especially graphics cards. Strong understanding of system compatibility, particularly with small form factor PCs and ultra-wide monitors. Familiarity with DisplayPort 1.4 and HDMI 2.0 connections for ultra-wide 5K monitors. Ability to troubleshoot and ensure optimal performance after installation. Computers to upgrade: 1. HP elite 600 G9 Small form factor (graphics card must support small form factor slot) 2. I have a black screen after updating BIOS on my x670e Taichi carrara motherboard. which i have claimed under warranty. however it needs to be disassemble and send back to them. 1. uninstall motherboard completely and put in package (to send for warranty claim) 2. Install new motherboard Gigabyte x670E aorus Pro-x 3.install new 360mm AIO with liquid metal thermal paste. 4.install new RGB controller from phanteks in NV7 case, old one was damaged and phanteks sent new one. 5.Move RGB control to Motherboard to manage via Software instead of Case buttons (software already installed "RGBsignal" 6. install new Phanteks LCD screen inside case 7. fix case cable panel front side in NV7 after installing board and AIO.
