I’ve taken over a building with a small office which seems that a few items aren’t working or connecting I currently need the printer that’s provided up and working with my laptop , I have a security system laptop that seems to be on tho the screen isn’t working . Not sure if we need a new laptop or we can connect a screen to it , I’ve currently got internet connected and have purchased a modem that would also need to be linked to both my laptop and security laptop, I don’t have a the time or knowledge to do this I’m looking for someone that does Thanks

Windows does not recognise my pin or password and I’m unable to start up. I can’t format my hard drive as I need my personal files stored on it.

Assist setting up modem (ASUS ZenWIFI XD5) in order to connect to internet. We have spoken to both the ASUS support line and Superloop (our internet provider) but neither have been able to solve the issue. Looking for someone tech savvy.
