As per the photos, we have one step on to the front porch. It was recently dismantled to get to some pipes underneath. I need to build infrastructure of the front step back in. Does not involve the decking overlay. Preferable date: either Sunday 13th or early Monday 14th.

Tap was leaking in old bathroom vanity. I need a plumber to remove old vanity and hang new wall vanity add new taps and adjust basin. Need new taps installed in shower and bath happy to move budget if needed

We have a jute sofa set in the verandah next to garden. Upon moving it today, I was taken off-guard by a lot of wasps coming from underneath. I would like to it treated and removed, please.(not visible in the photo but they’re many around the sofa.)

Two shower taps leaking have changed the washers, still leaking Have used the right size washers, still leaking, it’s been suggested that the taps may need reseating Thankyou

Shower keeps dripping, so we suspect washers will need replacing.

Replace old taps and flow switch in the bathroom and some small repairs: slide door lock doesn't work properly, the slide door in the shower doesn't run smoothly; loose cabin hook in the toilet. I will upload some photos soon to give you a better idea.

Have the dishwasher in place and need the hoses drilled down to the plumbing and the hoses attached and connected without leaks.

There are some loose and cracked tiles on the steps at the front of our house. We need these fixed as soon as possible. At present they present a trip risk and we need them made safe and to look good. There are a few smaller tiles that have dislodged over the years and would need to be stuck back on also.
