We have 2 bamboo stumps to be dug out. We chopped them down 9 months ago and they are dead so now need digging out, roots etc.

The job is 2 replace 2 leaking taps in an apartment with new taps. One tap is in the kitchen and the other is in the laundry. I have the new kitchen and laundry taps ready to be installed to replace existing.

I would like to have the following areas washed, sanded back, repaired if required (nail punch, fill in cracks), and timber / decking oil  applied. The deck previously had Sikken Cetol products applied.   Suggest for the deck: first 1 coat (stain – darker/ teak), then 2 additional coats.  Timber posts / hand rails: 2 coats Note: Painted of the decking balustrade not required, just the wooden handrails around the deck and steps.   Please quote for materials and labour. Tradesperson to provide all necessary equipment.   Rear deck: 7.8m x 5.5m Rear steps: 3.9m x 0.24m x 5 steps Pool deck: 4.35m x 3.2m + bench Pool deck bench: 3.00 x 0.6m Front porch: 3.57m x 0.9m Front steps: 2.4m x 0.24m x 4 steps Front deck: 3.9m x 1.3m   Total are: approx. 74m2   Please feel free to arrange an time to inspect the job.   Also, please ask for additional info that I might have left off. Washer needs replacing in one tap but it appears to be corroded. I would now like both taps to be replaced

The hot water taps in our bathroom stopped working (I.e no water is coming out) and we think it might be due to a leaking pipe. We tried to stop the leak by tightening the tap and then almost immediately the hot water stopped coming out of the hot water taps. The hot water still works from the kitchen mixer tap it’s just the bathrooms. - Due date: Needs to be done on Saturday, 21 January 2023

My front stairs are broken and are in need of fixing. The nails have come out on one side (most likely due to age/rot). Unsure of an exact solution however open to ideas, looking to get this repaired. Thanks!

installing Corsair iCUE H100i RGB Pro XT 240mm Liquid CPU Coo. in a Allied Patriot-A: Ryzen 5 5600X | RTX 3060 Ti 8GB Gaming PC. The situation is that the holes for the socket doesn't fit with what the kit gave us, its an AM4 socket but it has 4 holes, not 2 and so the aio wont fit onto the CPU. I need the kitchen tap to be fixed to the base, it started to wobble after one month of use. I need the laundry tap to be tightened up at the base as well and also change the rubber sealing the laundry under sink pipe. Have a look at the toilet pump that makes noise what can be done.
