HI. I brought 2 new bikes, and used wd40 on them after riding them in the rain and now when i use the breaks it squeaks. Also when I change gears the gears slip. i'm located in algester/calamvale near algester road. There is a leaking pipe from the bathroom upstairs causing water stains in the ceiling in the below room. We are not using the bathroom currently for this reason. We have got a plumber to check the issue and he found that the seal between the nut and the pipe was broken. He suggested cutting a rectangular hatch like vent in the ceiling below that can be opened and closed, which would providing ventilation and allowing access to the pipes from below room to carry out maintenance work. This would enable the work to be accomplished without redoing the whole bathroom. However that plumber is currently unavailable as he may be on holiday. As that plumber is currently away, I would like to get a diagnosis and way forward to this issue. I'll attach a picture of the ceiling.

My garden is separated from the driveway by a 1m tall retaining wall. I would like some steps so i don't have to keep jumping down. I have plenty of old sandtone bricks, just need the cement and equipment. Doesn't need to be fancy just safe enough to carry down garden equipment.
