Need the tops of 6 birch trees pruned down about 3m. These trees are right at the front of my property and easily accessible. One tree (on left) is near power line into house so must work safely around this and all trimmings must be removed.

I have 3x sets of taps as pictured, that likely need the washers replaced. 2x sets are dripping and suspect the washers are gone. Please quote including labour and washer replacements. If you think it’s something else please tell me what you think it may be and then we can discuss plans. 2x seem to need making a loud noise too when water is running.

Supply & fit: 1) copper Tee joints to attach to washing machine taps, towards the top of the hot & cold water supply pipes in the photos; and 2) washing machine taps (these can be chrome taps). Not included in my listed budget (ie I will pay more if this is achievable), is to enable me to attach the waste water hose from the washing machine to the copper drain pipe in the photos. If not possible I will drain into the bathtub. Edit for clarity: The washer is new and I don't yet have it but the online instructions say it only needs cold water. It will sit in-front of the sink with the back facing the bath. I will have a dryer which will sit above the washer but that doesn't need any water supply. If plumbing the washer and dryer waste water into the trap of the sink requires replacing the trap and / or drain, I will just place the ends of the waste water hoses into the bath, I do not want to replace the copper (or brass) drain pipe or trap.

Just moved into a 1st floor apartment. Over the last few months we are hearing louder and louder step noises from the floor above us. The noise did not start immediately but worsened with time. We went from NO NOISE to irritating noise, My wife says it doesn't bother her. The noise seems to start after we hung blinds, mounted TV and art painting to the wall. How do we reduce the noise. The quote should be in 2 parts, INSPECT and quote and if accepted execute the remedy.

Ground floor flat in masonry building has a 2.5 m balcony about 0.5 m from the soil, with a 1 m high black decorative metal fence. A similar flat on the other side of the building has removed the metal fence and replaced the plants with pavers (see photo) and more recently placed two steps against the masonry to convert the balcony to a porch and second entrance. I'd like to do this as well but remove less of the vegetation and have a locking gate replace the fence at the top of the steps rather than remove it, because of occasional child care.

Front bedroom: repair one dent and general touch ups Colour to match existing white (not sure what colour this is). Fill and sand where necessary. All materials must be provided.

Bosch series 6 dishwashing machine stops during the washing cycle

Install towels rails x 2, towel ring x 1, toilet roll holder x 2, soap holder x 1 and 5 door stops

TV was recently unmounted from the wall leaving behind a few big holes. Needs patching and paint work (happy to get the paint myself). There's another wall that needs a bit of touch up as well. Please see attached photo.
