Removal of 2 x tree stumps and roots

Hi!! Would love someone to come and assemble this bed for us. Need to take it upstairs to make it. Closer to 10am

Currently the washing machine taps are on one wall and I’d like to change them to another wall ( see second photo)and move the sink tap about 80 cm across along the same wall where the washing machine currently is.

We had to cut down a few medium sized trees in our garden (arborists) and about 12 tree stumps are left firmly in the ground. It doesn't seem like an easy job to remove them, it will definitely take previous experience and the right equipment to get them out. Most stumps are in an elevated garden bed around the pool

Remove two tree stumps from the earth completely. Remove one old fig tree from the earth completely. Making space for kids play equipment and future garden works. Must be completed on or before Thursday 26th September! Must be completed without our help, within the same day.

There are several places where the paint has chipped off. Apart from the photos, there are 3-4 that are just tiny dots.

Kitchen tap hose ruptured. Need to replace. Also want to reply basin tap as its old and leaking. I will provide the new taps but need a licensed plumber to install. Please provide license number.

about 7 years old yucca trees at back yard. Already cut all 9 trees but need the stumps to be grinded/removed to replant. the access to the back yard would be the garage door which is about 78cm wide.

We had some trees / hedges removed, leaving the stumps which we now want to be ground out. There are 12 in total, and each is small (15-25cm width) as shown in the photos. - Due date: Flexible

Paint skirting in 2 bedrooms, upstairs living and stairwell stringers, to match walls. Minor touch ups to walls, and wall underneath stairs. Caulking done. Paint can be supplied. Wall under stairs will be completed plastered and smoothed. I can sand back stringers. Place is furnished but I will move and sheet anything required.
